FRANKUS advised the shareholder of Carsten Stäbler GmbH on the acquisition of the company by AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group.
Carsten Stäbler GmbH, headquartered in Waghäusel, Baden-Württemberg, is a well-established specialist in the retrofitting of chassis optimizations, vehicle load-bearing enhancements, hydraulic lift support systems, trailer hitches, and carrier and gas tank systems. The company is known for its high level of expertise in the retrofitting of motorhomes.
